(Approx time: 30 minutes - 1 hour)

• Check Freon Levels
• Check Heat Strips
• Check Wire Connections
• Check Evaporative Coils and if necessary clean
• Clean Drain
• Check Ductwork for leaks and if necessary advise of repairs and additional cost for repairs

DUCT CLEANING

(Approx time: 4-5 hours)

Cost: $45 per vent & $50 per air handler

• Take down and clean all registers
• Put vacuum on duct system and air handler
• Clean out blower

DRYER CLEANING $90
